Instant messaging use cases
Is anyone aware of success stories about hospitals deploying i.m.? Especially interested in facilities using instant messaging for doctors, nursing units, and the emergency room. thanks

When the company I work for now bought the company I used to work for, they were still running The Exchange 2000 IM service. That was only two years ago.
