Installing Exchange Server 2010 on Server running Server Standard 2008 R2 on System running Exchange 2003 on SBS Server 2003
The above is the error message I receive.  The SBS Server is running Windows Server 2003 and cannot be elevated any higher in Active Directory. The Exchange System Manager shows

Hi Dave,

From the error description, I recommend we firstly check what the currently domain and forest functional are through "Active Directory Domains and Trusts"? And then please follow the below steps to check if the Exchange organization is in a native mode.System manager organization propertiesoperation mode.
