Installing Exchange 2007 Sp2 Hub/CAS on Windows 2003 R2 SP2 standard edition.

We want to install Hub/Cas of Exchange 2007 SP2 on windows server 2003 R2 standard edition. Please let us know if there is any there are any drawback in installing it on windows 2003 r2 sp2 64-bit. Otherwise we can install it on Windows 2003 R2 standard
edition.

There is no drawback other than Windows 2003 support is ending sooner than 2008 support. Why SP2, if you are installing fresh, why not Exchange 2007 SP3?
