Hi All, I am currently trying to install PSTCapture on my Windows 7 64 bit laptop so that I can test uploading PSTs to Exchange Online. Unfortunately I am stumbling at the first hurdle and cant even get it installed. I am working from home (so not connected to the domain) and have changed my Office to the 64 bit version but it will not install. It goes through all the steps and as its installing simply comes up and states that installation ended prematurely due to an error and shows 'Note: 1: 1708' in the log file. Any ideas on how to get around this? Many thanks, Scott

If you intend to import the captured PSTs to an on-premises Exchange server, your organization must be running Exchange 2010. 2. If you intend to import the captured PSTs to Exchange Online, your organization must have an Office 365 or BPOS subscription.3. Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 or 3.5 Service Pack 1 (SP1).4. 64-bit version of Microsoft Outlook 2010 (required only on the host computer where you install the PST Capture Console).5. A Central Service account. Depending on how you plan to use PST Capture, you must grant specific rights to the service account. Besides, you may need to post the detail error information here. Thanks for the reply, I have checked and I have met all those requirements, the only one I wasnt sure about was the service account as I am not connected to my domain at the moment but I am a local admin of my machine. Checking the required permissions I only need the account to have local admin rights when using it for Exchange Online. Hi All, I have now found the issue, as stated I was working from home so wasnt connected to the domain. I am in the office today and with no changes it setup find. I can only presume the program requests rights from AD and the install fails if it cant contact AD. Scott
