Hey Ashish,

It is a good idea to ensure that all prerequisites are installed especially if you had previously installed the RTM version.

Run the cmdlet found here;

http://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/office/Exchange-2013-Prerequisites-3f8651b9

And retry...

Good luck with your installation!

Were you running the command prompt as an administrator? Does your account have at minimum domain admin at the root domain level and schema admin permissions? Preferably enterprise admin as well.

I think it's silly that these updates have Schema updates as a requirement now...

And it's basically a full re-install. Lots more to go wrong

You have to Manually remove the Classification Definition using ADSIEDIT.msc, the setup will Create the Key again with new classification definitions.

Note: While using Adsiedit make sure you take a AD backup.

Below is the DN for the Key to be deleted,

CN=ClassificationDefinitions,CN=Rules,CN=Transport Settings,CN=A,CN=Microsoft Exchange,CN=Services,CN=Configuration,DC=contoso,DC=com

I facing same problem, and the solution is works also for CU2 installation by delete the CN=ClassificationDefinations.

Thanks.
