already i have exchange 2010 installed in my network and working fine.
how to install second exchange 2010 in my network?
what the advantage and disadvantage to  installed  two exchange 2010 server in same network and same active directory?

Having multiple exchange servers will improve the efficiency/availability. It will applicable to all server roles. 

Mailbox server 

If you have multiple mailbox servers, then you can configure DAG and improve availability.

CAS

Configure CAS array and put these servers behind HLB will improve the availability and performance

HUB

Be default exchange servers load balance multiple hub servers to improve availability and performance

there is no special steps to install second exchange server. Just decide and install the required server role and make use of it.

i want install second server but no need to configure DAG also i want to make it passive

if the main server goes crash it will work automatically

You can't have automatic failover without a DAG. You need at least 2 multi role servers in a DAG for what you want to do.

Yes, but there will be no high availability for databases.

and also i need your help to insatll second exchange without DAG(i think both server same name this correct or not).

if configured both exchange without DAG it can synchronization together

Install second exchange server as a normal server with mailbox server role, configure DAG and add both the mailbox servers into the DAG as mentioned in below links
