Insert a row in my Pivot Table as a sum of two other rows

Hello @all!

I've got a problem with my Pivot Table.

I have 2 rows (abandoned and answered calls) and I want to compare the amount of answered and all calls.

At the moment my Pivot only consists of 'Abandoned' and 'Answered'.

I would like to create a third row 'All', which is the sum of abandoned and answered calls order to put it into a column chart.

I could do it without using Pivot, but my whole data is quite complex and i'd like to solve it that way.

Do someone of you have any idea?

Thanks and best regards, Seb

Hi Seb,

Based on your description, I created a pivot table and pivot chart as shown in the following figure by using Group feature.

But there were some unclear requirements you provided, if my answer is incorrect please provide a sample file and be a bit more precise to explain your requirement.

You could send this file to our email address:

Please Note: Please add the URL of the case in the email subject or body.

I'm glad to help and follow up your reply.
