Initialization Error when starting EMC on Exchange 2010
Hello BlueBark, I imagine you experience event ID 1007? Resolve Remove a duplicate binding Web sites that have duplicate URL bindings will cause one of the Web sites to be disabled. Make sure that you do not try to register duplicate application URLs in the ApplicationHost.config or Web.config files. To resolve the duplication, determine which sites are using the same bindings. Then, modify the bindings as needed, and restart the site. Exact error and and potential solution here... http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd316029(WS.10).aspx Kind Regards

I have a 2010 exchange server that i cannot open the EMC or the EMS-i get a initialization error which mentions kerberos. I had ussed the IIS manager to bind the cert(from verisign) to ther default website for ActiveSync but after doing that i can no longer open the console. Any idea how i can fix this? got these errors as well The World Wide Web Publishing Service (WWW Service) did not register the URL prefix https://*:443/ecp for site 1. The necessary network binding may already be in use. The site has been disabled. The data field contains the error number. SSL Certificate Settings deleted for Port : 0.0.0.0:443 . Process w3wp.exe, PID 5216) "RBAC authorization returns Access Denied for user I think that somehow the cert on the Exchange server got delted or something. Any idea how i can re-import it or fix it?
