Information Store service stops
I have exchange 2007 with service pack 3 rollup one on a windows 2008 box. The information store service stops every day and has to be started again. Antivirus has been disabled. I only get this error in the application log about the time the information service has stopped. An exception occurred and was handled by Exchange ActiveSync. This may have been caused by an outdated or corrupted Exchange ActiveSync device partnership. This can occur if a user tries to modify the same item from multiple computers. If this is the case, Exchange ActiveSync will re-create the partnership with the device. Items will be updated at the next synchronization. The event id is 1008. Any suggestions would be helpful.

I am pretty sure that is caused by an Apple device (iPhone usually) with an old version of the 4x software. If you have iPhone users, ensure that they are on the latest version of the iOS. Simon.Simon Butler, Exchange MVP Blog | Exchange Resources
