Hi Pascal, First, I would like to explain the EDB file = Users actual data + Deleted mails/mailboxes + Recyclable space (can see in event id 1221) Understanding Exchange Databases Disk Consumption http://www.msexchange.org/articles/Exchange-Databases-Disk-Consumption.html So please refer to Aruns suggestions, check event 1221 in event log to see how many spaces can be gained, and then use an offline defragment to release more spaces. Meanwhile, you can choose upgrade to enterprise edition to resolve the issue.
