All, I have an Exchange 2003 - SP2 stand alone server. For some reason, the MS Information Store service keeps stopping unexpectedly. I am receiving Event ID 7011 and 7034. I researched these IDs and per Microsoft, I installed the following patches: KB 949792 - Installed on 9/19/2010 KB 935468 - Installed on 9/20/2010 Neither patch worked as the IS service stopped twice since the last patch installed. Can anyone help who experienced this same issue? If so, what fixes made the service stop crashing? Any help would be grateful. Many thanks!

Also, can you update to SP2 as mentioned in the erticle? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/938673/en-us Also, do you have any third party applications that interface with Exchange installed? The server does have Exchange SP2 on it already. No third party application on the server. I will look into this KB 938672

Hello, Are there any other error logs in the logs? Have you increased the DB size? Make sure it's not past the default 18Gb limit, this will cause it to go off-line.
