"Your computer cannot be configured at this time because the account certification service is not acailable. Please run the wizard again later"

I started having problems using IRM services on my outlook 2010 since last week. Does anyone knows if anything has changed on Microsoft's end or has this free services ended??

I have already tried all solutions offered that are searchable in this forums(deletion of cookies/msfixit ect ect).

Anyone currently using IRM services without issues?

Hi,

Please try updating your computer to use a new set of Office IRM registry keys that point directly to the online certification pipeline. To do this, please add/modify the following registry key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Common\DRM

REG_SZ: CloudCertificationServer

Value: https://certification.drm.microsoft.com/certification

Hope this helps.

Hello, I am having this same problem since yesterday using Word 2010, and added the registrykey without success.

Are there any other solutions, has the original poster been able to access the service?

Dear Steve, mines already pointing to the provided certification address. In case anyone needs to check theirs on a 64Bit Operating System its located @ HKLM\Software\Wow6432Node\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Common\DRM

I have also tried on a different networks & computers to test if it was my network or computer causing it, without success either.

@Danserrano77 -> No mine is still not working as of this posting. currently locked out from reading some emails.
