Hello everyone,Here is my problem. I go into Exchange System Manager. Then I run Internet Mail wizardJust after a couple of clicks I get the following error.Exchange System ManagerThere are no servers in your organization on which the the Internet Mail Wizard can be run. See the list of requirements on the Server Selection page of the Internet Mail Wizard for more information.ID no: c103b56aExchange System ManagerThe mail server is on a different domain. I need help setting this up. What do I need to do to use the mail server on a different domain and use this domains addresses. Each domain has its own set of email address. I know it can be done because we have 2 servers working the way that they need. Any help would be great. First of all, can you explain the Domain topology you have ? is it Root/Child Domain Module ? if you have Rool/Child domain module, where is your exchange is installed ? Root or Child ? last thing, for example if you have a Root/Child domain Module, and your Exchaneg is installed on the Root and you want users from the child to use the exchange from the Root, then you need to prepare the child domain for Exchange Server 2003 by running Exchange Server 2003 Setup with the following setup switch: [DVD/CD Drive Letter]:\setup.exe /DomainPrep this will prepare your child domain and give access to your domain over exchange so you can create mailboxes and start using exchange from the root. please let me know if this was your case, and if not, please tell us more about your requirements. if this post was helpful in solving your problem, please let us know that. Hello, Ok I have a server that is a Domain Controller that we will call Domain C the mail server (also is a Domain Controller.)is on a dtterent domain that we will call Domain A. Then Domain B is a different domain (whichis a domain controllers.) that has its email withs its own domain name but the mail server for that is on Domain A. I have ran setup.exe with /ForestPrep and then again with /DomainPrep. THe only thing that Installed was the Exchange Tools with what ever exchange software it needed. I do have a trust setup with the server that I am trying to link into. Do I need to add anything to DNS, DHCP, or somewhere else? Thanks Mark Cimoli

do all these domains under the same forest ? i assue the following based on your explaination: Domain A is the Root Domain and also hosts your Email Server , right ? Domain B and Domain C are child domains under Domain A, right ? and you are trying to enable mailbox users on Domain B and C ? right ? or does all these domains runs on seperate forest ? each domain has its own AD forest ? and you have a trust relationship between these domains ? incase of the first assumption, where Root and Child Domains, then you need to run Setup.exe /DomainPrep under Domain B and Domain C inorder to be able to create mailbox enabled users under these domains. in case of the second approach, i am not sure about it , as i need to check Exchange Documentation for this. for the time being, please let me know if you have the first assumption , Root / Child Domain setup.
