Can you help me with a default setting to increase the font size in Reading pane when viewing the emails. I know there is a zoom button down, which doesn't work for all the email items and I am looking for a setting so that I don't have to change everyday.

Hi,

You will need to make Outlook display emails in Plain Text only and change the font size for Plain Text messages.

The zooming factor set via the slider or by scrolling is not persistent. To set a default zooming level, you will need to use some 3rd-party add-ins.
