Incorrect Syntax Error

I Have a user that is experiencing issues when trying to export a report into excel...Here is what I have from him.  Can anyone give me a clue of what is going on?

"Incorrect Syntax Error Near "iPlan'

iPlan is a software/program we use to plan and allocate our institutional inventory as well as generate reports on said inventory. When I try to pull certain reports, I dont have any issues generating them, but I get the aforementioned error messages whenever I try to export the reports to Excel. Theres really no document to send since I get the error message when I try to generate it to excel

I know this is not much information, but before I call him I wondered if anyone could assist me with the error message.

Hi BlessedTee,

How did you export the report into Excel? Use query or other? I've never used "iPlan', thus, I do not know how it works. Generally speaking, the error  "Incorrect Syntax Error Near "xxx" is usually about the code. For example, when we import data from the SQL to Excel, if the query syntax has some problems, the error will be pop-up.

Thus, I recommend you connect the iPlan support team to get more help.
