Inbound email not appearing in delivery reports in ECP 2013

I am trying to run a report on all incoming mail to a specific mailbox. When I log into ECP and navigate through to mail flow -> delivery reports I don't seem to be able to search all incoming to a specific mailbox. For example, noreply@company.com sent an email to user@company.com - I can log into OWA as user@ and see an email from noreply@. I can see emails that user@ has sent outbound, but no inbound.

However, when I log into ECP and add "user@" into the 'Mailbox to search' textfield and click search I don't see the email item.

Is there a limitation on what can be searched in ECP, perhaps I need to use PowerShell? Does anyone know the answer to this?

The function for delivery report is not full for trace message deliver, you can track delivery information about messages sent by or received from any specific mailbox in your organization. For your reference: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj919241(v=exchg.150).aspx
