I work for a religious institution that uses Office 365 and Sharepoint. My colleagues and I are looking for software that will allow us to (1) publish to the web open blocks of time for people to schedule meetings with our clergy, a la ScheduleOnce, and (2) Take user inputted data and alter the Outlook calendars of our clergy so that they know who is coming to the meeting.

ScheduleOnce does the former, though I'm not sure about the latter. In addition, the fees for ScheduleOnce would quickly become prohibitive, considering that we would have multiple users, and I would imagine that such a capability may reside somewhere within Office 365 and/or Sharepoint services. Does anyone know of a way to tackle this?
