In Search of Online Meeting and Appointment Scheduling Solutions

Dear Friends,

I work for a religious institution that uses Office 365 and Sharepoint. My colleagues and I are looking for software that will allow us to (1) publish open blocks of time to the web for people to schedule meetings with our clergy, a la ScheduleOnce, and (2) Take user inputted data and alter the Outlook calendars of our clergy so that they know who is coming to the meeting.

ScheduleOnce does the former, though I'm not sure about the latter. In addition, the fees for ScheduleOnce would quickly become prohibitive, considering that we would have multiple users, and I would imagine that such a capability may reside somewhere within Office 365 and/or Sharepoint services. Does anyone know of a way to tackle this?

I don't think Microsoft has an official tool that can be used to achieve the goals, and they won't provide a third-party tool to do it. You should ask the question in a third-party forum.
