In Exchange Online, how do I make an Auto Reply to all messages sent to specific e-mail address Server side
My case is that I have a shared mailbox with the address support@mycompany.com where I want to reply on all incoming mails that their mail was received.

Hi,

As Manu mentioned, you can use "Automatic Reply" to achieve your requirment.

You can use this function on your outlook also.

The following steps for your reference:

  1.Click File > Automatic Replies.
  1. Select Send automatic replies.
  2. If you want, select the Only send during this time range check box to schedule when your out of office replies are active. If you dont specify a start and end time, auto-replies are sent until you select the Do not send automatic replies check box.
  3. On the Inside My Organization tab, type the response that you want to send to teammates or colleagues while you are out of the office.
  4. On the Outside My Organization tab, select the Auto-reply to people outside my organization check box, and then type the response that you want to send while you are out of the office. Select whether you want replies sent to My contacts only or to Anyone outside my organization who sends you messages.

Automatically reply to email messages with an Exchange Server account

Thanks.

Hello,

Come back and mark the replies as answers if they help and unmark them if they provide no help.

I'm marking the reply as answer as there has been no update for a couple of days.
If you come back to find it doesn't work for you, please reply to us and unmark the answer.

The OP might never come back, but it is a pretty good bet that this does not satisfy their request, as they "want to reply on all incoming mails that their mail was received."

The proposed solution will only reply to each sender once. Therefore, this solution only satisfies the request for cases where all senders only ever send one email, and never a second message.
