Why don't you use Notes Address Book converter which provides complete contact details migration in Outlook by arranging them in alphabetically arranged form.

The link supplied is not working, Here is process about migrating Lotus Notes contacts to Outlook 2013

You can export contact(s) as a vCard file, which you can then mail to someone.

1. Click this icon in the Bookmark bar to open your address book to the Contacts view.

Tip You can also export from an open contact document in read mode, but using the view is more convenient for exporting multiple contacts at once.

2. (Optional) Select the contact(s) you want to export.

3. From the menu, choose File - Export.

4. Under "Save as type," select vCard 2.1 or vCard 3.0.

5. Enter a name for the file. Notes automatically gives the file an extension of VCF.

6. Click Export. A vCard Export dialog box appears.

7. If you selected contacts in step 2, click "Selected documents."

8. Do one of the following to create a file appropriate for the users with whom you intend to share the file:

• For Notes mail users, leave "International (UTF-8)" selected.
• For users of other mail systems, click "Native character set."
Tip If you are unsure who will use the file, or if both Notes and other mail users will share it, export it twice in both formats.

9. (Optional) If you intend to share the file with Notes mail users, and want to export as much contact information as possible, select "All fields" instead of "Only basic address fields."

10. Click OK.
