HiWe are running Exchange 2007 SP1 - our mail domain is company.com. We have an affiliated partner with mail domain partner.com. Recently, the two companies merged and they will be joining us at our offices and using our email servers, AD, file storage etc.There won't be an MX transfer, they will use company.com as their mail domain from Day1 of the move. We will create them mailboxes and AD accounts on our system. We were planning on taking an export of their Outlook (PST) and then importing into their new Outlook clients on our system. They can either keep these messages in the Personal Folder archived away, or manually import them into their mailbox if they like. This will work fine for email messages, but how about Calendar items? We don't want to disrupt any meetings etc that they have, ideally all informatoin for the future and the past will be available in their new Outlook.Any ideas?
