Importing .pst files into Outlook 2010
I save emails onto my external hard drives as .pst files, as part of the process to move files from an old computer to a new computer.  Now that I am ready to import them as archives into my Outlook a message keeps coming up saying these files are not recognized as .pst files.  They are identified as .pst files by their icon and when I go to try to open them, a box pops up recognizing that they can only be opened in Outlook.  My 2010 Outlook will not recognize them.  Any suggestions?

What does the above sentence mean exactly? Be sure to include any messages encountered "in their entirety - as presented" while also indicating the exact point those appear.

Hi,

Use Scanpst tool provided by office to repair any corrupt items in your data file. You can also import data to your outlook  profile.
