1. Convert the .PAB to PST in Outlook 2010 (Outlook 2013 doesn't have PAB support)

As what ManU PhiliP says,  there is no "Personal address book" option in Outlook 2013 and Office 365. We need to import the .PAB in Outlook 2010 for the account or convert the .PAB file to .PST file by using Outlook 2010, then import the PST file to Office 365 as a workaround. There is no tool require for this. Just export personal address book addresses into pst form using your Outlook client, and import this pst into Office 365. Simple!
