Import InfoPath XML data into Visio for network diagrams

I have built a documentation system that has our clients IP addresses and network information in InfoPath forms, I want to know is there a way to connect Visio into the InfoPath XML files to pull out the IP addresses etc?

The InfoPath forms are stored in a forms library using SharePoint Enterprise 2013

The reason why I want to do this is if the IP address is updated in the InfoPath form it will also be updated in the Visio diagram

I am using Visio 2013
