I assume this server has an Exchange role installed? Anything in the event logs? Smells like a DNS issue.

I am installing it on the 2007 exchange server. DNS looks fine (at least from what I can tell) No errors in Telnet, No errors under Exchange Console.

I agree with you, it is very weird, because it doesnt seem to be related to Certificate at all, it doesnt matter what I do, I get the above error message. Something is not pointed correctly or at least something is missing.Sam Acra

Hi samacra, Could you please describle more detailed information about your scenario, and how did you import the certificate? Some information for you: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb851505(EXCHG.80).aspx http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124424(EXCHG.80).aspx I would use exbpa on the exchange 2007 server to confirm the exchange email system healthy, if you get some useful information, please post here, then we could do more research about the issue. It seems a connectivity issues to Global Catalog server. Regards!
