Hi, You need to be a bit more specific. In Exchange 2007 you just need to start the service and then make sure the user is allowed to use it. And of course you need to make sure that users can connect to the server from outside the company by creating a NAT rule or publishing through ISA/TMG server. /MartinExchange is a passion not just a collaboration software.

Hi, Do you want to pull messages from an outside email hosting service? As far as I know, Microsoft POP3/IMAP connector is available on Windows Small Business Server 2003/2008. But You also can use third-part POP/IMAP connector for Exchange server. If you search on Internet, you will find many options. You could also look on this site, and search for IMAP. you'll see some "pop3 connectors" also support IMAP. http://www.slipstick.com/exs/popconnect.asp Please Note: The third-party product discussed here is manufactured by a company that is independent of Microsoft. We make no warranty, implied or otherwise, regarding this product's performance or reliability. One has to have Exchange 2007 or a third-party software to pull messages from an outside email hosting service? For Exchange 2007 you must have ISA Server installed for this service?

Hi, Are you wanting to have Exchange download E-mails from IMAP on a thirdparty server? If that is the case look at the link from Gen Lin if you have a standard/enterprise exchange 2007. If you have SBS server 2003/2008 post a question in the SBS forum on guidance for the setup. My first answer was about how you configure clients to access the Exchange server with a IMAP client. /MartinExchange is a passion not just a collaboration software.
