Hi Ty, Microsofts stand on this is that we cannot have images in OWA signatures, and hence is not a supported configuration. You can try the following method to see if it can work for you. How to get an image into the signature file in OWA http://support.microsoft.com/kb/924222 If it doesn't work. There is no way base on my research. Thanks, Elvis

This works:see http://www.emailsignature.eu/phpBB2/viewtopic,p,3612.htmlDownload and install the S/MIME for OWA. To do so: Open OWA, click options, in the E-mail security field, click Download button to download and install the S/MIME. After the installation finishes, you will see the button change to Re-install. In OWA, Options, click Edit signature button. Open the URL with the image that you want to use. Right click on the picture, select copy. Back to the window for editing signature, right click in the edit field, select Paste. Then you can add addition words and click "Save and close" to keep the modification. Back to Options window, make sure the option "Automatically include my signature on outgoing messages" Joe

It looks like http://support.microsoft.com/kb/924222 is no longer available. Is there a replacement to it? I have a similar issue we are required to produce an automated signature that is a replica of our corporate business card, and need to be able to put text over an image to make it work.
