Suppose these is a DL including 10 members, I use a mailbox "MyMbx" to send as this DL to other mailbox "Auto" who set auto reply. Whether auto reply mail will be sent to this DL, all members receive reply?

If amount of members of DL is 1000, it has any difference?

All members in the DL should receive the reply, the amount of members doesn't make a difference.

Did you have a try in Exchange environment? I tried it in Exchange 2013, result was that members didn't receive reply mail. I don't know it is a bug or it is by design to prevent from email storm. Have any MSFT experts to give official confirm?

It is wierd. Based on my knowledge, all of the DL members can get the reply mail.

Please upgrade to Exchange 2013 CU2 v2 to have a try.

I have reported this problem to the feedback department.

Once I get any response, I will contact you.

Actually, same issue can be found in Exchange 2010 SP3 newest version environment too.

Actually, Automatic replies is not sent to Distribution Groups. 
This is by design and not a bug and works the same way as NDRs (they are dropped)
