Hello, I am using in the Office an Exchange Server 2010, with no SP1 installed. I have several users that have enabled in MS Outlook 2007, the Request Delivery Receipt and Request Read Receipt options, for all their outgoing emails. Is there a way to remove these requests on the Server, overcoming users' settings? Thanks in advance.

That will prevent sending delivery notifications to remote domains. I believe the OP wants to prevent his users from sending requests. Michalis, look at transport rules in 2010 and try removing: Disposition-Notification-To and Return-Receipt-To from the headers.
