I cannot get LiveAgent to read emails sing IMAP from outlook.office365.com
Sending test email : OK (I get the email)
Reading emails from IMAP server ... ERROR Test mail was not found in time limit. If you found test mail in your mail inbox, manualy retry test with following link. Retry this testmy settings: port 993 and 143 neither works
username and password works for sending, but not reading emails.
What is this and where do I begin to troubleshoot I outlook.coffice365.com? All of my settings seems to work in Outlook desktop, cellphone, ipad everywhere but LiveAgent... LiveAgent tells me it is outlook... what to do?
