I need some help with users connected to Microsoft Exchange Server using Outlook 2010 client SP3 2010 or 2013.

When any change is made in the AD that, this change is replicated to Notes option when the user opens Microsoft Outlook that is connected to Microsoft Exchange Server 2010.
