I need help migrating current exchange environment to exchange 2010

Hi
I need a plan on how to migrate current exchange servers 2010, below is current setup
All running 2007 SP3 on windows 2008
2 clusters for storage database – about 1TB in space - 680c HP blades
1 front end edge/hub/transport server
All the 3 are HP high end blades.
We want to 5 VM servers running win 2008 R2
2 front end edge/hub/transport servers(DAGG)
3 Storage servers
I just need some help with planning the above, need to implement with limited outage. I would really appreciate your help.

I would like to add some more resources which may help you out. Last year at MS TechED North America, Rand Morimoto and Jeff Guillet had a great session about upgrading to Exchange 2010 and this recorded session is available at:
