Hi, I have one person who can't send emails to any eternal address. She keeps getting the error 550 5.7.1 External Email not authorized, message refused This problem doesn't affect anyone else and she is setup the same way as everyone else. Any ideas?

Some version information would be helpful here, however that looks like either an NDR generated by something else, or a custom NDR. Perhaps via an Exchange 2007 rule.
