I have chrome as my default with an email but also have a outlook email for special things and it is a night mare for me to get into it.  I want to click on it and get it now, not 2 dam hours from now, what in the heck can I do?

Do you mean you cannot configure your email account in Outlook application? If this is the case, please refer to the following KB article to find the correct account settings for your email in Outlook:
