For that reason, We are  configured Office 365 to fix it , now is fixed after enable office 365 ,

BUT, Now I want to decommission  my Exchange sever 2013 on office 365, and keep only my Exchange 2013 and remove office 365,

So, the first I need to mail flow working fine (Send & Receive mail with out any issue) , Then I will make decommission  of Office 365

Thanks in advanced

since it works going through o365 and not your internal email server, their must be something going on the exchange server itself.  do you have any AV or other intrusion protection stuff installed?

Hi Moon,

Thank you for your question.

By my understand, if we receive email from external, we should register mail.xyz.org and A record in ISP, then we could run telnet mail.xyz.org 25from external to check if It is successfully to telnet.

Then we could add yahoo to whitelist or disable A/V to check if we could receive external emails.

Using the following link to test inbounding message flow:

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Dear Moderator,

Actually still I facing the same issue , I have the three Send connector in three sections:

1- On Exchange server, I have Send connector to Use MX record

2- On Office 365 connector , I have two connector as below Pic, (One from My Exchange to office 365, Second from Office 365 to My Exchange server ,

3- For MX record I have the MX record :Mydomain-org.mail.protection.outlook.com

what are the process to remove office 365 and keep only Exchange server ?

what should I do or change on Public DNS ? and my Exchange server connectors

Hi Moon,

By your post, we know you want to remove office365. If that, first of all, we should contact ISP to change MX record to point to Exchange server instead of office 365.

Then we should change receive connector and send connector.

Finally, we could remove Office365 after we test message flow without any problems.

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,

Dear Moderator,

Could you give more detail about how will be and change the MX record from ISP? and A records regarding my domain?

Thanks in advanced,

September 6th, 2015 9:47am

Hi Moon,

We could change MX record into mail.immdf.org and point it to on-premise IP address.

The same ways for A record and autodiscover record to point to local instead of Exchange online.

Notice: we suggest you do this change out of production time.

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,

Jim
