I have Microsoft Office 2010. I have been using this since 2011. All of the sudden today, the reply, reply all and forward buttons are grayed out so I cannot reply to any of my emails. My emails are coming in, but I have no way to respond to them. A Microsoft Subscription thing keeps coming up on my computer also. I have no idea why. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I canot reply or forward email out of outlook, but have all other functions
