Hi Johandy, One of the first things I would suspect is that you are having a problem with internal routing or security. In other words based on the statement that you have received emails, and the fact that your MX records look good externally. Which leads me to believe that the flow is broken past that point or that you have a security device that is incorrectly filtering or is taking way too much time to process it. I will be in touch via email to help -matt

Hi matt, I;m still unable to receive emails form the internet, The way it was before thet have an external Ip address for the exchange server and that IP address was the one that was on the A record on the DNS, Now I change the A record for the external Ip address of the Relay ( my Symantec Mail Security for SMTP) the Relay knows where to send emails form support2020.com, but for some reason Im not sure how to configure the routes on the firewall, Do you know any resorce that I can llok about routes need it for exchange on the firewall? Im pretty sure that my problem is on the firewall thanks

Let me explain my situation about my scenary. EX: I have the mydomain.com domain and the hisdomain.com domain On my domain.com I have a GroupWise email server working and on the hisdomain.com I have the exchange server. Now the exchange server belong to mydomain.com but the exchange server is serving emails for hisdomain.com. My question is: having the exchange server belonging to mydomain.com instead of hisdomain.com can cause a problem? and if it does hoe can I join the exchange server to hisdomain.com? thanks a lot
