Everyone, I deleted a users mailbox and am trying to reconnect it to the user account. I've been waiting hours and the red X never goes away and the account never gets associated. This should have happened instantly as the user and the mailbox are in the same site. I can't reconnect again as it say it is already connected. What can I do to re-unite thisuser with her mailbox. thanks

Hi, Did you try to run cleanup agent? Run it and try again.

Can you please check the following attributes on the user accounts homeMDB, homeMTA, msExchHomeServerName If these attributes are present and pointing to old store/server, then there could be an issue with AD replication. Need to check AD replication. Or Check Recipient Update Service and run it again with Rebuild option.

Please check if it is a replication issue, I suggest you manually update RUS service and refresh ESM to check it again.
