the problem i have, it's i can't open the files i just created with the same program power point 2013. i saved in  my desktop, and then i want to open, and said the can't open pptx files. thank you, i'll hope u can help me.

In regarding of the issue, please provide us more information to assist you better.

• Do you mind sharing us the whole error message or screenshot?
• Was this issue occurred with other Office suits, such as Word?
• Have you changed a disk location to save the files and then re-open the files?

Then, please try this method and check if it is helpful:

Right-click on the PPTX file and select PROPERTIES. On this dialogue box, you will see a button marked UNBLOCK, click on this and then press OK.
