I can't get into my email with Internet Explorer

I can access my email with Chrome, but not Internet Explorer.  How can I fix this? I have deleted cookies, I have tried restore points, I have tried allowing it to have pop ups I have tried lowering the security, I have tried everything I can think of over the past 4 days.
