Dear Sir,
I have an issue using Microsoft Outlook 2011 in mac version 10.9.5
1) I am unable to send the mail from my company email id.And when i try to send it the error like
The server for account "Sales Manager" returned the error "[AUTH] Authentication failed.." Your username/password or security settings may be incorrect. Would you like to try re-entering your password?
Unable to establish a secure connection to the server because the correct root certificate is not installed.
2) I am unable to save and download the file called .pst then which is the file to be called for mac and how can i download it and from where.
3) I am unable to logout the microsoft outlook and many people are using in the same computer so for security how can i logout or when i open the outlook it doesn't ask me to enter the password but my account gets open directly.
Please help me out regarding these problem.
