I am trying to setup separate rules for a single mailbox that has multiple email addresses.
I am trying to setup separate rules for a single mailbox that has multiple email addresses. Lets say I have user A and he has email aaa@bbb.com and ccc@bbb.com. I would like to have a rule that would take all email sent to aaa@bbb.com and put it in one folder. Can someone tell me who can i achive this without using any party tool. We are using Exchange 2007 Thank you.

As far as I know there's no way to do that. I would make seaprate mailboxes.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."
