I am running exchange server 2003 and my computer (notebook) runs Windows 7 but computer keeps diconnecting from the Microsoft Exchange. When I restart my computer it gets connected but after a while it gets disconnected again & again.

This problem started at a time when I was running Windows Vista on my computer. I decided to load Windows 7 as I was of the view that Windows Vista is problematic. Windows 7 runs smoothly on my travelmate acer notebook intel core 2 duo processor T7500, 2.2 GHz however, the notebook keeps diconnecting from exchange

Hi,Any update?All other users have the same issue?Does this problem occur when you connect to exchange internal or out of the company?Do you use the MAPI or POP3 mode?Did you try to use another user account to log on your computer, can you connect to exchange server?If it works, you can delete the outlook profile and create a new one.Control Panel->mail-> show profilesFrank Wang
