IUSR_account password seem to be out of sync
When anyone tries to log into our OWA they got the following screen. Please see attached document. Any help in how to fix this would be greatly appriciated. This
is on an Exchange server as a member server to the domain.

Hi Greg,
Could you please post more information about your email system, such as: the version of exchange do you use, the version of IE do you use.

The Version of Exchange we use is Exchange 2003. I use IE version 8.Greg Smith

Hi qolforfood,
Could you please make a test using IE 7.0,/6.0, per my know, it seems cuased by the configuration about the firewall and the IE security, please try to change it and then test it.
Then upate exchange 2003 with latest update.
