Hi,

I trying to find licence explanation about IRM for office,

I currently using irm with office 2010 (word) and its working find.

when i tried to create restriction for word 2013, i get error massage 

"sorry something went wrong opening information rights management protected content"

from what i read at Microsoft forums. i understand that from office 2013 Microsoft start licencing IRM.

Could you please provide more context of this issue:

1. Are you working with a non-Domain environment PC? If so, did you try to use Microsoft account to restrict Word 2013?

2. I currently using irm with office 2010(word) and its working find. when i tried to create restriction for word 2013, i get error massage  Are you still using Office 2010 or you upgraded it to Office 2013?

3. Could you get a Fiddler Capture for me, send the capture result to : ibsofc@microsoft.com (keep the thread ID or tittle as the mail subject)
