I am new to Exchange server, actually any kind of server, and was wondering if there is a way to block a range of IP addresses? There is a range of IPs that are always hitting my server and now the speed is so slow our network connection are timing out sometimes.Thanks

Open Exchagne 2003 EMS,find your right click SMTP VS properties >Access Tab>connection>add the IP or IP range you want block.
