I can't get new email to deliver to recipients inside the company. If the To is to an address outside of the company it works fine. If I click Reply it will be delivered. I don't know what else to do. Has anyone else experienced this and solved it?I opened IMAP under protest but my boss insisted on this protocol. Since the emails are being delivered on replies or non-exchange accounts then I am assuming that the SMTP setting is correct.

What happens when it fails? What is the exact error or NDR the sender gets?

There is not an error. When we look in the sender's sent items folder it shows the email as sent. It just disappears once it hits the Exchange SMTP.

Actually, it simply never arrives to its in-house destination.

Problem solved! I turned on tracking and it notified me that SMTP: Message deleted by Intelligent Messaging Filter. I checked the IMF and changed the SCL rating for messages. It is now working as expected.Thank you all for your support.Joseph Armstrong
