Note: I just replaced the original password as Passcode because in NTLM/plain text password is visible. Okay,I resolved the issue by recreating the IMAP4 Virtual Server instance.But still wondering how suddenly, I'd occur into metabase issue!

There wasn't any change made as such but recently we'd same issue on other site and that was resolved by restarting GroupShield.now i wonder what are the areas where groupshield can casue issue?Alsodoes it make sense to compare the metabase for IMAPSVC for server(in question) with good one if yes then what attribute should i be focussing on to reach to some conclusion?
