Hi, You can add as many HUb server you want, have ti tried to run the setup again & then try to add the hub server role not through control panel. Also you can add another hub server on any other server too, have a look into this article it might help : http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124273(EXCHG.80).aspxRipu Daman Mina | MCSE 2003 & MCSA Messaging | MCC

Him You can't make a HUB server an EDGE server, but you can enable antispam features on the HUB server: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb201691(EXCHG.140).aspx You can install 2 HUB transport servers in the same organization (if that is your question) Leif

Is your question how to add the role? You need to add it using the install bits. They weren't laid down when you selected the roles to be installed initially. I think the option might show up in add/remove programs though it's been a while since I mucked with it.

Hi, About installing Hub role in existing CAS server, you can use installation files to install it step by step. And you can uninstall it and import to new Hub server after backing up original Hub server. After uninstalling original Hub server, you must make it exit the domain and install Edge Transport Role. For removing Hub role, please refer to the article ‘How to Remove Exchange 2007 Server Roles’: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124115(EXCHG.80).aspx Hope it helps. You are right and that is what error message is also highlighting. Please use SP3 install files and introduce Hub in the existing MB and CAS server please and make sure all the connectors and routing is through this new Hub and Later you can uninstall the other Hub and disjoin that server from domain and install edge transport role and configure the edgesync and have fun.Regards, Pushkal MishrA

Hi Pushal and team HT server role has been insatlled succesfully on existing mailbox and CAS server role. Thanks for all support. Last one , Right one i have 2 HT server, will they sync each other or manullay i have to do to take effecr.

What do you mean by sync'ing...? All Hub servers would identify each other for sure. But you need to add the second to the connectors for them to be able to process the emails etc. Any organization level setting is applicable to all the Hubs and any Server level settings requires manual intervention (which by the way you can script it but that is diff thing).Regards, Pushkal MishrA
