Hi 

i have exchange server 2013 Cu7 with mailbox and cas. Currently co-exsistence working between exchange 2010 and 2013.

I want to do Http to https redirection for my owa.

Below settings i did in CAS server IIS, Please correct if iam wrong...

1) In default website and Exchange backend site, i removed required ssl settings and configured http direction to Https://mail.contoso.com/owa and also i enabled Only redirect requests to content in this directory (not subdirectories) with status code, Found (302).

2) In Sub directories of Autodiscover,owa,ews, rpc,powershell , i removed redirection.

3) In ECP , I enabled ssl settings and removed redirection..

My query is whether i have to do this above settings in all sub directories like exchweb,poplmap,powershell-proxy,quarantine,reportingwebservice,reports,ucc,mapi or not.

We need to remove Redirection for the following subfolders under Default Web Site and Exchange Back End in step 2 except ECP virtual directory to access EAC from outside.

• Autodiscover
• EWS
• Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync
• OAB
• Owa
• PowerShell
• PowerShell-Proxy
• Rpc
